1. Enterprise Introduction
Kelgary International Oil & Gas Technology Co., ltd. Beijing (hereafter as referred to Kelgary) has its head office in Beijing, design and manufacturing facilities in Luoyang City of Henan Province and Dongying City of Shandong Province. Kelgary poses ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification, and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, Beijing High-tech Enterprise Certification, associated manufacturing facility hold relevant international certification such as ASME, API in addition to Chinese standards.
Kelgary has three major business segments：
Petrochemical General Contracting Services of the company specializes in Oil Refining and provide customized turnkey solutions to its clients including Project Feasibility Studies, Project Conceptualization/ Pre-FEED, Project Management, Technology Selection & Integration, FEED, Basic Detail Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication& Construction, Commissioning, Start-up, Operation and Maintenance Services. In last 10 years, Kelgary has successfully completed dozens of petroleum refining projects, including atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking, coking, gasoline and diesel hydrofining, reforming, MTBE, gas separation, sulfur recovery and supporting equipment, auxiliary systems, etc.
CNG/LNG Investment and Operation Segment of Kelgary deal in operation, production and marketing of CNG/LNG. Kelgary has established state of art processing and production facilities at different locations in Xinjiang province. Kelgary own team conceptualized, executed project, operate, maintain the facilities and market product in the region.
Upstream Research & Development Segment of Kelgary is established in collaboration with the University of Calgary-Canada to provide a focal point for research collaborations among facility members from the University of Calgary-Canada and leading Universities in China, along with research opportunities through partnerships with national and private energy organizations in both Canada and China. The strategic goals are to perform innovative world leading research, to establish close partnership within the energy industry and to train and educate high-quality personnel.
